We dropped by Nhà Hàng Bà Sửu on our way to Đà Nẵng because we heard that this place serves one of the best Bánh Ướt Thịt Heo Quay. The "Thịt Heo Quay" aka Crispy Pork Belly was tender and the skin was extra crispy -- combined that with some chewy soft bánh ướt and fish sauce......makes this whole visit worth it!
