One of the MOST iconic dishes from Huế, Vietnam just so happens to be one of the late @anthonybourdain 's FAVORITE NOODLE SOUPS of all time. Anthony Bourdain once said, "In my way of thinking, in the hierarchy of delicious, slurpy stuff in a bowl, BUN BO HUE is at the VERY TOP."
