Visiting the Homeland - Huế, VIETNAM: Mì Ốp La Hẻm 33
One of my favorite places to eat breakfast. This restaurant requires you to go down a narrow alley 33 hence the name: "Hẻm 33". Mì is short for "Banh Mi" and Ốp La means "Sunny side-up egg". At Mì Ốp La Hẻm 33, using just bread, eggs and sardines/beef/sausages (with their special sauce) surprisingly becomes a very tasty "good morning" meal.
