Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Chả Giò

Updated: Mar 19

Bún Tôm Thịt Nướng Chả Giò is a popular Vietnamese dish throughout Vietnam.

It's a perfect dish when the weather is warm....which happens quite often in Vietnam.

A little Vietnamese translation for you:

Thịt Nướng literally means grilled or barbecued meat.

Bún literally means noodles (for this dish it's rice vermicelli noodles).

Tôm = Shrimp. Chả Giò = Egg Rolls.

This dish starts with a bowl of vermicelli noodles topped with GRILLED FREE-RANGE PORK, GRILLED SHRIMP, Chả Giò (EGG ROLLS) and lettuce, bean sprouts, chopped cucumbers, cilantro & mint leaves with ground-roasted peanuts. This dish is then dressed in our house fish sauce(nước mắm).

***Add some of our House-made Sate Chilli 🌶 to give it a little bit of an extra kick♨️
